Every staff member contributes to the work we do with children and families in crisis. Our organization is an excellent setting for professional growth in a number of fields: social work, child and youth work, administration, family law, information technology and more.

A little bit about us

Our agency provides child protection services to the three counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry. Our office is located in Cornwall, Ontario, a community of 46,000 people on the St. Lawrence River. Cornwall is a one hour drive from Ottawa and 50 minutes from Montreal. It also borders the USA with an international bridge leading to New York State.

In order to meet the Society’s staffing needs efficiently, we accept resumes on an on-going basis for Child Protection Worker positions and Child and Family Worker positions.

Anti-Oppression/Anti-Racism

The Children’s Aid Society of the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry is committed to becoming allies with First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities; those of African-Canadian/Black heritage; other racially marginalized and LGBTQ2S+ persons, through our Truth and Reconciliation commitments, our ongoing ‘Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity’ work and anti-racism/anti-oppression education.

Our agency is proud to provide bilingual services to the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry communities. As such, some positions require candidates to be fully bilingual, while other positions simply prioritize bilingual candidates.
